Although I know it is difficult to believe, it won’t be long until the end of the semester is upon us. Time seems to fly by with the business of Thanksgiving break, river trips, and all kinds of family activities. With that said, it is time to start thinking about our fall unit test. In order to make the material more manageable, we will be splitting the River Kids fall test into two sections. On Friday, December 9th, students will take the short answer and essay portion of the test, and on Friday, December 16th they will finish with the objective section.
Based on the volume of material we have covered this fall, student’s should begin reviewing now so that there will be less stress as the test date approaches. I know there will be a lot going on in December and that your families will have important events to attend, so please help your son or daughter set up a study schedule now.
I have attached a study guide to this blog entry so that you can begin to locate the various information and question sheets. The guide will be sent home as a paper copy next week and will need to be signed and returned so that I know you are aware of the upcoming test. I can’t wait to see your child demonstrate what he or she has learned this semester!
